What is Nashville Healthcare Sessions?

Nashville Healthcare Sessions is a designated week for healthcare in the nation’s healthcare capital. The week kicks off with a 2-day conference put on by the Nashville Health Care Council, a membership association for Nashville’s $95 billion healthcare ecosystem.

The remainder of the week (Sessions days 3-5) is reserved for Associated Events. Associated Events are gatherings put on by other non-profit organizations with a focus on healthcare and Council member companies. These Associated Events are under the Nashville Healthcare Sessions brand but are completely separate from Council Kick Off Days 1-2.

This will be a gathering of healthcare’s brightest minds, innovators, and most influential leaders, along with those who invest in the industry. Come join us and experience Nashville Healthcare!

What is the difference between Council Kick Off Days 1-2 and Associated Events during Days 3-5?

Council Kick Off Days 1-2 is a conference put on by the Nashville Health Care Council, a membership association for Nashville’s $92 billion healthcare ecosystem. Registration for these 2 days is separate from Associated Events taking place on days 3-5.

Associated Events are gatherings put on by other non-profit organizations with a focus on healthcare and Council member companies. These Associated Events are under the Nashville Healthcare Sessions brand but are completely separate from Council Kick Off Days 1-2.

Are activities happening on days 3-5 included in my registration for Council Kick Off Days 1-2?

No, registration for Council Kick Off Days 1-2 is separate from Associated Events taking place days 3-5.

Are Associated Events, happening on days 3-5, complimentary?

We will be announcing dates for Nashville Healthcare Sessions 2024 during the inaugural 2023 Sessions.

Is there a room block available for attendees?

We do not have room blocks this year.

Nashville is Central Standard Time.

If I’m bringing a guest, do I need to register them?

Yes, if they plan on attending Council Kick Off Days 1-2.

Council Kick Off Days 1 & 2

If I’m bringing a guest, do I need to register them?

Yes, if they plan on attending Council Kick Off Days 1-2.

What safety protocols will be in place?

Currently, there are no required safety protocols around masking and social distancing. Other safety protocols will be enforced in compliance with the venue policies.

Can I earn continuing education credit?

This year we are NOT offering continuing education credit during Council Kick Off Days 1-2. You will need to visit the Associated Events page on our site to see if other organizations are offering continuing education credit for the events they are hosting within the Sessions week.

Where and when can I pick up my badge for Council’s Kick Off Days 1-2?

After you register for the Council’s Kick Off Days 1-2, you will pick up your conference badge and materials at the venue during the designated registration time.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You may receive a full refund for cancellation through August 1, 2023.

What is the registration fee for Council Kick Off Days 1-2?

$295 Early Bird for Council Members
$395 Council Member after Early Bird expires
$595 Non-Council members
Registration deadline is September 1, 2023.

Can I register for a virtual only pass if I am unable to travel?

We are not currently offering virtual access to Council Kick Off Days 1-2.

How can I get a receipt for my registration?

You will receive an electronic receipt immediately after registration in addition to a confirmation email.

I’m a startup. Is there a reduced registration rate for me?

We are not currently offering reduced pricing for startups.

Will there be exhibitors for this conference?

No exhibitors for 2023.

What does my registration include?

Registration includes a pass to Council Kick Off Days 1-2 and all conference materials.

Day 1 begins after lunch and will be followed by a networking reception with a mini concert (included.) Snack and beverage breaks included with appetizers and an open bar at the reception.

Day 2 begins with light breakfast fare, snack and beverage breaks and lunch.

What are the onsite registration hours?

Onsite registration timeframes will be outlined on the agenda. A high-level agenda is available on the website. A detailed agenda will be posted closer to the event.

If I have a conflict, is my ticket transferable?

Yes, we will allow your ticket to transfer to another individual who works at your same company.

How do I engage with other registered attendees prior to the event?

We will have an app available and attendees will be able to connect using the app.

Will a list of attendees be available to all attendees?

While we appreciate your enthusiasm to connect with our event attendees, we are unable to provide the attendee list at this time

What is the appropriate attire for the conference?

Business casual is recommended Council Kick Off Days 1 & 2.

Do I have the option to attend just one day?

Registration covers Council Kick Off Days 1-2. We are not currently offering single day tickets.

May I attend just the reception?

We are not currently offering reception only tickets.
