What does my registration include?
Registration includes access to Sessions Conference days (September 29 – October 3, 2025).
If I have a conflict, is my ticket transferable?
Yes, we are happy to transfer your ticket to another individual who works at your organization. The ticket is only transferrable to individuals at your organization. If you would like to make a transfer please email sessions@healthcarecouncil.com for assistance.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You may receive a full refund for cancellation through August 29, 2025. After this date there will be no refunds issued.
When does registration close?
Registration closes on September 15th after that date no refunds will be accepted.
Is there a room block available for attendees?

Parking is available at Music city center and at the OMNI Hotel.
