Yes, we are happy to transfer your ticket to another individual who works at your organization. The ticket is only transferrable to individuals at your organization. If you would like to make a transfer, please email sessions@healthcarecouncil.com for assistance.
Please Note: The cut-off for Sessions ticket transfers or swaps is 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9.
You may receive a full refund for cancellation through Thursday, August 13. After this date there will be no refunds issued. If you need to cancel, please email sessions@healthcarecouncil.com for assistance by 5 PM CT on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
Yes! The room block at the Omni Nashville Hotel has been extended through Wednesday, August 26. If you still need a room, you can take advantage of the discounted rate through the extended deadline.
Parking is available at Music city center and at the OMNI Hotel.
